As Vice President of Smithereen, Jack has established new management and sales training programs. Jack lead an internal budgeting program that has contributed to consistent profit margins the last two fiscal years. He has spearheaded the launch of Smithereen.com. His position at Smithereen is to set the framework so that his employees succeed.

Jack has a degree in Business Management from Ripon College with a focus on economics and small business development.

In addition, Jack is an avid sailor. Jack's sailing endeavors have encompassed sailing competitively in various locations.
