I wanted to take a brief moment to express my appreciation for the service that Smithereen provides 200 West Monroe. Douglas Elliman-Beitler recently took over the management of the building and inherited many service contracts. When we learned that Smithereen held the exterminating contract, we were very excited to work with a quality vendor.

In my experience, your company has always serviced their accounts with the highest care and I knew issues would be addressed promptly. I realize pest control is not a topic that people want to discuss; however, your staff does all it can to address issues before they become problems.
