I wanted to drop you a quick note of appreciation for the excellent service you and your service technician, Juan Ramos, have provided to us here at 401 S. State St.

I realize that a 500,000 square foot l 10 year old property is not the easiest to handle, but Juan has immediately addressed the two concerns we have had here the last eleven months, and you followed up with phone calls to me to make sure the problem was corrected.

We have the State of illinois, Department of Employment Security, as our largest tenant, occupying almost 60% of the property, and with the number of employees in the building and the constant stream of public traffic they generate we had two minor instances of food left out attracting insects. Juan pinpointed the problem before we even had a chance to investigate, and cured the problem.
