Leticia Fink joined Smithereen on February 28, 2001. Three months into her employment at the corporate office at Smithereen, she was presented with a great opportunity. She took over very challenging responsibilities such as the purchase of chemicals and fleet administration among other important administrative tasks. Leticia provides assistance in day to day activities to vice presidents; David Harris-John and Andy McCormack. Leticia’s extensive organization, attention to detail and computer skills helped her develop inter-office systems to make administrative tasks more efficient and user friendly throughout the company. She is also responsible for training new employees in her areas of expertise. This year she became assistant office manager due to her dedication to Smithereen and hard work.

Leticia is bilingual in English and Spanish. She graduated from High School in Mexico City where she was born and raised. Leticia has an Associates of Science Degree in Data Processing. Furthermore, she earned her bachelors degree in Information and Decision Science in the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her husband Andy, her daughter Diana , family and friends.
