Brian is a man who has repeatedly answered a call to serve. Whether it's as a soldier in the US Army or as a clown in local hospitals, he is a man working with and for people.

Brian has served in the US Army from 1983 through 1986 and has earned his Associate's Degree from Metropolitan Community College. Prior to joining the Ragan Team in 1999 Brian worked as a Janitorial Supervisor for the Helping Hand of Goodwill in Kansas City for 8 years. Currently, Brian is serving Ragan's customers in the position of Service Manager. Brian holds a Certified Applicators license in Missouri for Pest Control and a Certification for Termite and Pest Control in Kansas. Brian continues to stay up to date on his pest control knowledge through events such as the Purdue Pest Management Conference and the Missouri Pest Control Association Training Seminars.

Happily married to his wife Heather for over 15 years, they have 3 children, Nick, Nathan and Kayley. Brian, AKA Bibbs the Clown spends a lot of his free time volunteering as a clown for various civic groups in the Kansas City Area as well as entertaining children in Kansas City Hospitals.
