Steve Seifert is Director of Sales at Smithereen Pest management Services. Steve has an extensive background in sales, sales management and consulting. Steve has developed from the ground up inside and outside sales business channels. Steve has experience in strategic sales planning, one-site training, training development and coaching of sales and sales management.

Steve began his sales career in 1979 selling software and marketing programs for Bankers Systems, Inc. as an outside sales executive. During Steve's 28 year career he has held positions in sales, sales management, training development, consulting and corporate training in pest management, telecommunications, financial industries, and the fitness industries. Steve has spent extensive time as a sales training manager and performance coach, developing customer-centered sales teams, with proven results that increased revenue.

During Steve's sales career he was consistently recognized as a top sales producer, a sales management leader and innovator in developing sales training courses. Steve developed and facilitated workshops for new hires and veteran sales personnel and management. His training audience included outside and inside sales staff, customer support, subject matter experts, sales and product managers. Steve is known for generating a great deal of team enthusiasm and increased professional excellence.

Steve's prior experience in education, sales, sales management, training and training development affords every organization and training participant the opportunity to walk away from his workshops with new and rejuvenated techniques.

Steve earned a bachelor's degree in education from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was an educator in the St. Cloud, Minnesota Public School System for six years. Steve has also completed extensive studies in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.

Steve enjoys golf, music, travel, writing and gardening.
