The serviceman contacted me promptly to arrange time and day to complete task. He arrived on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered questions on what had be done took measures to ensure the job was done correctly. He also examined exterior of the house to see if wildlife had entered anywhere else.
