I called and a human actually picked up the phone. I needed service, and they were able to provide it relatively quickly and painlessly. Their technician called in advance, came when promised, and treated the area that needed treating. The whole process was accompanied by email records and receipts, exactly what I would hope for. Payment via an easy payment link in an email was quick and easy. All in all, there’s really nothing else I could ask of a pest control company! 5 stars!
